Has this beaten the RC coral ID'ers
I have placed this pic on both SPS Id and LPS Id and nobody seems to know what it is. Neither do I.
So..I will try here. It is encrusting, dark red with light blue patches.

I am by no means an expert but it looks like LPS to me. I see a big mouth at the bottom left corner of the coral. Well I see more but that is the clearest one to me.
