Do you clean your Remora with vinegar and what to do about rusted screw on pump?

Do you run vinegar in a bucket through the entire Remora body or just the pump and how many times a year? Also I guess one of my pump screws is not top grade stainless and is rusting.....where can I get a new screw until Aqua C opens and can mail me a new one?
