Lighting for 2x30 breeder frag tanks?

I'm setting up 2x30 gallon breeders for frag tanks and my brain hurts reading all I can on lights. The tanks are 36Lx18Wx13H. I want enought light for a variety of coral. I was thinking some t5ho for one for high light corals and maybe some regular t5 for low light. Electricity is some what of an issue. Any and all input of wattage, brand, color, bulb order, # of bulbs, or anything I forgot will be appreciated.

thanks,
Blair
