Will my Caulastrea recover? (picture)

I was doing some rearranging, and was moving my Caulastrea, when I knocked it over and out of reflex, I caught it with my fingers in the fleshy part of some heads (it could have rubbed on some of the live rock too). I didn't squeeze them, but I was touching them. They looked fine after I put it back down, but about 20 minutes later, there are a couple of spots shriveled up and looking bad. I know they are supposed to be pretty hardy. Will they get back to normal in these spots like where I circled on the pic? also, some flow seems to be hitting that area too pretty decent, should I move it out of the flow as not to further irritate that damaged spot?

Edited to add an update: Guess I jumped the gun. It looked bad, the skin looked really thin, and the skeleton looked like it was about to poke through the flesh. I took a picture, then I posted this on here, shot off a couple of work emails, went back to look at the coral, and in the 10-20 minutes that I was gone, it swelled back up and looks good again. Glad to see my friend is back in form.. They must be pretty hardy!

ya it will, at least mine did in no time. I was siphoning out some water and I wasn't paying attention very well , and it got sucked against my siphon. A portion of it was damaged pretty badly, and its 100% back to normal now(about 2 weeks later).
Your coral in general looks pretty healthy, besides that one part, so I wouldn't worry about to much flow. If it doesn't seem to be getting any better in a week or so, then I would consider moving it. Also, you can target feed it if you haven't been already. Hope this helps
