dotty back
I bought a Orchid Dottyback last friday. I seen it the next morning and have not seen it since. I read that they are real shy at first and like to hide in the rocks. I do have a lot of hidding places. My yellow wrasse can only be seen for the the first part of the day, after that is hides out. Is this normal as the Orchid Dottyback and the wrasse are simular in behavior?

my lepoard wrass hid out for the first day and when i had a lemon peel angle it took two weeks for me to be able to watch him with out him hiding when he saw me. It might take a while for a new fish to adjust

I had one in the begining of the summer, but it died. Too hot. I have a chiller now, but I glad to be rid of it. I've heard they can be a real problem when the get big.
