MH newbe

Does the higher kelven rating of a bulb make a bluer light. do i have that right.

I've mostly seen 20k only running w/ 250w. or do they come in 175w.

And how do ballist work, i've seen reference to m59, and HQI whats all this about.

What are the pro's and cons of DE and SE

I want to house manly sps and lps and maybe a clam in a 29g with a 10g or 15g fuge/sump.

Thanks for any help i know thats a lot.
