Question how do i get rid of the splashing sound from the sump?

is there a way to make the inlet water from splashing? Should i extend the tube into the water?

TIA

That would work. You could also try a filter sock.

if you put it in the water you also have to vent it. so use a tee instead of a elbow

Agreed This is the first step i would take.

If that doesn't solve the problem then you should consider how much volume you have going through the sump. Many people pump way too much water through the sump and end up with drain noise and micro bubbles.
