Moving Tank

What is the best way to move my 24g Aquapod? I havent decided where its going yet, either 2 hours away or 20 minutes away... or I might just sell the whole thing. The rock is not anchored together. There is 20lbs of sand in it. Here is a picture. (I am definately selling the BTA, so that wont need to be moved) Thanks!

I would take the rock out and also some water, add a little power head for oxygen and move it. Leaving the live stock that way it is not to stressfull on them.
