I've not heard great things about them. Have you done a search. They look flimsy but I've never actually used one.

Well, here are a couple of reviews
"I HAD a weipro, I got it on ebay for 40 bucks I think. alls I can say is, it is looks like and operates like a 40 dollar skimmer, This skimmer is the biggest POS I have ever owned. Your definitely going to get what you pay for here, which is not much to say the least. The mixing box is crap and provides way to much turbulence in the chamber and the bubbles are huge. You also cannot control the air at all. The water level line in the mixing box is false, the water needs to be much higher to even begin to produce skimmate. Also after cleaning etc, it takes a day or 2 to start producing again. Don't even think about putting your hand in your tank if you don't want to stop skimmate production for a day or 2. IMO you would be better off with no skimmer till you can afford one that works. Because with the weipro on your system you might as well say you have no skimmer. This dealer was at MANCA this past year. would you believe at their booth that had a skimmer setup, trying to skim freshwater with coffee, (yes coffee) he actually poured coffee into this tank to show how this POS did not work LOL. Please save your money. this is not an upgrade to what you already have. I took a hammer to it so it would fit in my trash can so the trash men would take it. My bet is, you will waste the money on this skimmer....come to the same conclusion I have about it and than buy that Deltec or H&S. Sorry for the rant, but this skimmer deserves it." "Well, here is my Weipro. After a few weeks I must say I really don't like this skimmer, it is seriously loud ( u can see the silencer I stole from the seaclones pump) and doesn't produce the amount of skim I hear other getting. Also if the water level fluctuates even just a little bubble production will stop completely and take several hours to get started again. Personally I liked my Seaclone 100 better and that's really not saying much! bubbles are also very large and don't resemble the tiny bubbles I see in better skimmers." - Some people seem to think they are ok for the money but I think skimmers are extremely important and wouldn't get one based on some severe criticism i've read, plus, the physical buils isn't upto much either IMO.
