Freshwater food...

I recently made the switch from freshwater to a reef, but now I have a bunch of food left over. I have an almost brand new container of Spectrum community and an unopened can of tubifex worms. What would be the effect of using them in very small amounts to feed my reef fish? I know it's not a huge expense, but I still hate to just throw it out.

You can use it, it might not have all the vitamins and nutrients, but it wont hurt to use.
