Flow flow flow... help me out please :)

Good evening, I have had my nano setup for a lil while now and well i decided to add 2 tunze 6055's to a 30G tank. Now the waterflow is amazing but i am just wondering do i really need hat much flow? I mean i cant really point the pumps down bc i have rics down there. I have a 400G return pump plus 2 1400GPH pumps in a small area of 24X14X17 the rest is my sump as it is a AIO tank. So my question is will my tank be ok with about 1800GPH 1400 of that being used with a controller. Another reason for the question is i fear i cant really keep any fish bc they are always being tormented by over 3000G of water flow.... i would like to enjoy my fish swimming out in the open during the day and not just at nite when the pumps are off, or when i feed te tank and the pumps are also off lol.... Here is my tank.

Thank you.

If you have good polyp extension then I would say your flow is fine. In terms of fish, you could try some benthic fish like gobies or somthing. Good luck.

well yes, polyp extension is good, so maybe i will try to turn off one pump and see how PE is after that. Thanks for the idea.

beautiful tank.
There should not be an issue with fish at all.
I've turnover tanks upwards of 80x w/o problems. I run 5 tunzes plus return in my current 200 and would love more flow.
Full sps won't mind at all.

Thank you very much

But my problem is that the tank is only 24" long and the tunze nano's dont have the wide flow like the bigger turbelles do so any fish that tries to get into the water column gets pined to the wall lmao! hahah later today i am going to try to see if i can run one tunze on its controller and re orientate the return pump so that it clashes with the water flow of the tunze. Thank you i will keep you all posted and let you know if it does not work out lol.
