Storing Saltwater
Maybe a silly question but here it goes anyway. For how long can you store saltwater after you mix it? Will it loose oxygen? Will the electrolyte balance be altered over time?

Over time, the water will evaporate. Other than that, it can be stored indefinitely.

as long as the container as a cover and nothing can evaporate out of it you can keep it for a long time, not a bucket with a snap lid, but a container with a water tight screw lid..

I pickup my water change water from my LFS on a weekly basis. I use 2 5 gallon jugs with caps. I just don't like it sitting for more than a couple of days, but that's just me. LOL!!!!
