Spawning Clownfish

I have a pregnant clown that I believe just laid eggs. I can only see 3 eggs in a cluster on a rock. Firstly, is laying only 3 eggs normal, and secondly, the eggs are greyish blue. I read somewhere that clowns lay brightly coloured orange eggs that turn greyish blue. so now I'm wondering if the eggs were originally orange and turned blue, or if what i'm looking at arent in fact eggs at all. the eggs are oval shaped and approx. 2mm long. any insight would be appreciated. thanks.
