Please help fast
Hey everyone, I am having my tank taken into the store to have holes drilled for the closed loop. I have 1" bulk heads currently, however the input for the Dart pump I will be using is 2". Can I have it run off a 1" bulk head with reducers on the pump or would the added presure be too much? Should I get a bigger hole drilled to suit a 2" bulk head? The tank gets dropped off in a few hours....

The input to the pump should not be reduced. This will cause the pump problems. You can reduce the output of that pump without issue though. I would have a larger hole drilled for the input side of the pump if it was me.
