30" wide tank, 1 MH?

could i get away with 1 metal halde on a 30" wide tank, or do you think it might be pushing it?

im trying to build my future tank, with energy in mind, as well as overall costs(bulb changes etc)

i know a lumenarc reflector would work, but is there any other reflectors that are similar? the fixture is too square for the tank for my taste.

dimensions are 30x18x21.

anyhow thanks in advance for any input.

A single ReefoptixI reflector will work just fine as long as you run it parallel with the front of the tank
