Question Plumbing Advice/Help

Hi to all Reef members,
I have been in the hobby for a few years now and recently i decided some modifications to my existing tank. Please excuse the diagram it was only meant for my personal use but i decided to post it since it might help with my question.

The tank is 4ft tank and so is the sump. The distance from the botttom of the sump to the top of the main tank is 5 ft.The sump has 3 compartments (not shown)and the first one has the urchin pro skimmer, the 2nd is the return pump and the 3rd is the refug .... I also have a chiller on the side with a hose as the return.
The pump i would like to use is a Mag 24, and as you can see from the diagram i would like to to supply the skimmer chiller and 2 scwd.
The main tank has 2 overflows on either side at the back and i am also thinking about placing some pvc pipes with tiny holes lining the edge of the base of each overflow to help with the circulation .
My live rock and aquascaping will be laid against the 2 overflows leaving a space in the middle of the tank.
The size of the pvc from the pump is 1" then it is reduced to 1/2" for the chiller and skimmer and 3/4" for the scwd.

Will this setup be ok in with regards to gph in the main tank.?

I have 4 Loc-Line flare nozzle for the scwd, i would like to know if these flare nozzles restrict alot of waterflow, and if it will be better to leave them out completely?I cant seem to find any information on their relationship to water flow.

There are a lot of useful calculators on this page. I look for 5 - 7 times turn over per hour through the sump.

By the way. I am offended that you would put such a crappy diagram of your setup on this site!!!

I would go with the normal outlets for the Loc line, I have had better flow this way.

Also the PVC with holes in it, the water will basically trickle out and you wont get the flow pressure you want. I had a 1600 GPH pump on The locline with the little outlets and Once it was on and after all the bends I had very little flow.
