Feeding My 6line Wrasse

I feed my 6line wrasse brine shrimp all the time. I want to add some variety to his diet and I have some blood worms in my freezer for my fresh tank. Can I feed my wrasse some blood worm?

Not a lot of nutritional value in brine, try mysis shrimp. Mine loves it and flakes.

Try New Life Spectrum if you want to try a pellet food.

I feed formula 1 and 2 to my reef. sixline wrasse will eat the pod population in your tank. they usually are not picky eaters. I have one that is at least 3 years old who eats everything. nice and fat and happy. Here is a photo

thanks. As my fish gets bigger he becomes more beautiful and colorful. Great fish to watch. Once you get one you can not add any other wrasse
