Hole in head?

My female clown has little sores on its head. About look like little pin holes. Has had them for a while now few months. Acts fine, eats, swims around. What is wrong with it?
Can probably get a test done later if I have to. I normally do 5 gallons a week for my 30 so my water is ok. usually always in check.

Personally this will be a first for hearing of hole in the head with clowns but anythings possible, have you also check for any stray voltage that may be wondeirng in the tank? I would also throw up water parameters to help all in the what the problem may be

There is some stray voltage. not sure how much dont have a volt meter. Working on getting a ground probe. Not really saying hole in the head, dont know my diseases so it could be anything. Its just that its had them for 3 or 4 months now and it acts fine. So it may be nothing. I will try to get the prams up tonight.
