wanting to set up a frag tank

hi, i want to set up a frag tank (is that the proper term? i couldn't remember so i just said that, but basically i want to set up a tank for frags and stuff). i was thinking about getting one of the nano aquarium kits for it. like this one http://www.drsfostersmith.com/Produc...m?pcatid=13976
is the 24 gallon compact fluorescent one a good deal? and also, other than a heater and thermometer, what supplies would i need to add?
i already have a 29 gallon aquarium... it was way pricier than i expected ( like 900 dollars with everything i need and LR, LS, and some livestock!)

and do you think over time if i sold some of the frags, i could actually make a profit?

thanks

Do you have a skimmer, refugium, are you going to be adding suppliments, ect. If your looking to make a profit your going to have to do it in a much bigger tank with alot more light. You will be able to sell what you grow, but with that set up you would never be able to produce the volume that would allow you to make a profit. Just my opinion so I may be full of s***!

yeah, i actually just rethought the whole thing and decided it would pretty much be a bad idea...
i decided that if i was going ot set up another aquarium it would be much larger and and an actual reef aquarium.
i just like the idea of making money off of a hobby [=

thanks though

i think everyone that gets into this hobby thinks that at first, but as soon as you sell something the $$$ goes right back into the tank or more frags.
ssssssssssshhhhhhhh my fiance thinks you can make money in this hobby, or addiction as i call it. good news, i can now balance our checkbook!!! "Yea hun i traded two of my frags for that 250 watt HQI pendant, no ill do the checkbook." ha ha ha
