i did my first one yesterday, i opened a photobucket.com account, downloaded the pics into it, then copied the html code listed under the pic and pasted it into the the post. it worked great, just make sure the pic isn't too big.

You use [ img ] Picture Address [ /img ] (no spaces between the brackets). This makes the picture appear in the thread rather than the address.
