overflow noise (gurgleing)

I am resetting a 46G Euro and have a proclear 75 W/D and the overflow is gurgleing. Does this "break in?" when the water drains down the hose to the sump it gurgles. Any ideas?

My dual overflow sounded like an airport toilet flushing...I had great success with 'Stockman Stand pipe's It's the same concept as the Gurgle Buster. I then further modified them by enlarging the hole on the cap and replacing the small air inlet hose with a larger hose 1/2" OD and sliding it way down in the drain line coming off the bottom of the overflow. By tweaking it as to what point the air is allowed in, I got it to run quieter than the actual water flowing over the teeth in the inner box. What a relief!
