There's customer service, and then there's Customer Service - Geo Style!
So I needed a part for my Kalk reactor, couldn't get it from Lowes. I sent Geo a note and asked if he could help, he said sure got my address and the next day the piece was in my mailbox.
 Amazing! That's why Geo is a 10 out of 10! Thanks George!

Now I will add that he is 12 out of 10. I can't say that I have ever deal with a company (that was not a bank) that gave me better service, not to mention friendly help in getting things done.

I dont know about all that. I asked him to replace my skimmer and he would not even think of it.....
But then again, it was a euroreef. lol
