Anyone saw the blue leg crab did this?
I got two blue leg crabs today. I saw one of it put its claws on my blue zoa and start to close the claw, obviously, it tried to eat or attack the zoas!
but the blue leg crab is considered reef-safe crab, isn't it? I am not sure it is just accident or it is used to do it. if it is, I want to removed them from the tank. If anyone had same experience let me know, I need to remove them . |

In general they are reef safe. However there are some that didn't get the memo. IMO pull that little bugger out and make him read it again.

Every creature has its own attitude. MyDamsel fish is supposed to be a jerk in nature and yet is somehow the ambassador to all new creatures in my tank. I know that ain't normal, but hey, my fish has a friendly attitude.
Why should hermit crabs or snails be any different? LOL Steven.....

Crabs are very hit and miss when it comes to being reef safe.
