Clownfish disease?

Was wondering if anyone could identify this. I believe its burns from the anemone, but theres also another occelaris that travels alot in the tank also that has even more black spots. It could be black ich or tubellarian flatworms? I was thinking of doing a formalin dip, but I'd rather hear out some suggestions. Thanks

This looks similar to what another reefer asked in another thread not that long ago. Hope this helps.
