Coloration under T5s?
What would be the coral coloration under T5?, better?, just the same as in MH?, worst?

It varies by the bulb type and the opinion of the aquarist. In general "good" coloration can be had with either MH or T5's. Choosing the correct bulb combination is critical in both cases.
