More water movement is needed.

Tunze nanostreams, or for the budget; hydor koralia's.

I would go with this or similar. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...71&pcatid=4671

They have a flow control valve and duckbill tip for dierectino control. Put on one side and use the other on the other side pointing toward the back of the rock work. Besides these pumps are great for water changes. With a clear tube you can drain and fill fast. But you should refill the new batch kinda slow though.

If you want a big, ugly pump that heats up your water, go with this one.

Ok zma21. I hate recomending equipment for this reason. I did state this or similar. They do give you great control and work well for the price. I wish i could recomend another type that does the same but dont know one and i use this pump myself. A little clutter and slight temp change is much better then out of control nitrate and algea.
I think for a newbie this is a great tool and as you learn and grow with the hobby you can make more educated choices on equipment but till then go with what works. This was all typed under no deress or disrespect to you though.

We would like to see your tank looking this good for a long time. The results of low flow with no stock may take awile to show and you dont want it to show. In case you havent seen this then hope it helps.GL.

Your on the low side for flow. You can either do a maxi jet modification or purchase someting better. Two Tunze 6055 would be great. I would avoid Rio.

Your tank is far to early for a sand sifting goby. It would probally starve, espically if it had to compete for food once more fish are introduced.
