weird white thing.
I came home today from work, I found this weird white glob substance on a rock. i cant describe it any better than a white snotty looking blob sitting on my rock. It generated through ought the day. What might it be?

Probably a type of algae or a sponge. Hard to guess without pics...

might me a Q-tip sponge (Scypha). I have many in my tank.
