Coil Denitrator?

Just curious if anyone has any experience with these or any other type of coil denitrator? Price seems very reasonable, almost TOO reasonable...:-)

I'm setting up a 220 Reef and am wanting to have something in place to stop a potential nitrate problem before it starts.

Looks like the same thing I made for $40 from parts at home depot, but instead of clear aclyric I used PVC pipe. And I think you dont want light to get to it, but thats a big "i think". It works but needs to cycle first, takes a few weeks, but it works.
