EEEEEEEEEEEK! Spiders!

Can't guess, I REALLY do not like spiders. I especialy hate how they jump out at you!! UGH!!!!
Found this single stunning pink mushroom on this piece of live rock. I am seriously begining to wonder if this single pink mushroom is worth this piece of live rock!
Started with a small piece of aptasia, pulled the rock and broke off the section with the aptasia. That hit the trash. Anyway I'm watching the rock closely for any further signs of aptasia and out pops this white spider! And in typical spider behavior that sucker jumps out at me! I about had a stroke!!!!
So now the mushroom has been removed from the rock and the whole rock is in the trash. Enough of that business..
Worried about the mushroom. Anyone have any experience with the pink form and do you think it'll be ok with being shipped from retailer to store to my home and removed from the tank twice in a week's time?
I am a big fan of the mushrooms and I'd be bouncen hard if he takes off and reproduces. Just worried about the little guy. He's now on a safe rock and I'm leaving him alone. I figure that spider was probably munching on him and would have killed him in the long run.

Yikes. I had some zoanthids in QT and did an iodine dip. My roomie was watching and screamed like a "little gurly man" when a 5" bristle worm popped out.

I know that the spider is gone, the whole rock got yanked and I was watching closely to make sure he didn't go anywhere else. Spiders are the only thing that make me act like a ninnie. Can deal with snakes and mice no prob. Spiders just do me in.. I can jump and scream pretty good, then I turn around and curse myself for acting like a fool. LOL
Mushroom so far seems to be ok, we'll give it a few days and see how he's doing.

Okay, I'm at a loss. Not sure what you are referring to as a spider. Surely not the insect as that wouldn't survive. Can you clarify please? Thanks.

Salt water spiders will eat coral. And this guy looked just like a regular white spider, about an inch long and fast as lightening. They are common on live rock, as well as many other bad guys, aptasia, and mithrax crabs are the norm around here.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, now I get it. That would scare the *^%$ out of me too. I'm constantly amazed at how much there is to learn about this hobby.
