Which Frag Disk/Plug do you use?

What's recommended? Why do you like it?

Thanks

I like the ceramic plugs, since they do not break as easily and you can just use it.

When you say "you can just use" the ceramic plugs, what exactly do you need to do with the other plug "before you can use it"?

Some of the plugs are made of a kind of cement and they should be kept in water for a while before use to cycle them.
