GEO Calcium Reactors - Opinions?

I'm looking at the GEO 618. What are your thoughts and opinions?

Build Quality?
Reliability?
Ease of use?
Customer Service?
Etc?

Geo makes some really good products and he's known for his calcium reactors. I have never owned one before but based on all the reviews and threads i've read about them over the years, shows positive feedback and satisfaction. As for customer service, George is only a PM or e-mail away as he's a moderator here on RC. (username- Geo)
