What's the best eletronic ballast for a HQI 250W DE like Phoenix 14k ? Icecap, SLS, PFO ?? |

I chose Icecap for my electronic ballasts and have had no problems with them. Had an issue with one when I first got it from user error and they exchanged it right away no questions asked. They have low heat and easy to wire up with their harness.
Have had no experience with the others but I know with all the people here there are users of them all.
