need some help on a 75gal.

Ok guys here it goes I have a 75 gal what I want to be a reef tank but I have many fish. I have 75lb or better of live rock the tank is about 1year old. I have made sure all the fish I have are reef safe. Any way I think I need to take a new direction or approach to my system My friends say they son't have this and that and it is fine but I think I need to add to my system tell me if you would where to start. I have a canopy light Wht I think is w wi260th 2 white two blue and two lunar lights. I only use biowheel filters hanging on the tank without the wheels. I know I probably need a refugium????? Tell me should I start there or differant lights or differant filters I do have two power heads. that is all the equipment I have.. I have 2 Yellow Tangs, 1 Clown, 3 Green Chromis, 1 Lawnmower Blenny,1 Mandain Goby, 1 Pepermint Shrimp 1 SandsifterStar and lots of babies, couple of leathers, Xenias, 1 Bay Anmione, Kena Tree, Yellow Sponges, Probably way to many brista worms... and absolutaly no podes for my goby I also have a BIG tree that looks like a leather but not sure what it is and a half and half pink and yellow fish

1st. What wattage is the lighting?

2nd. You will need a skimmer

3rd. A refugium would benefit your mandarin, if you have no pods i would take him back to the LFS because if he has nothing to eat he WILL die.

4th. IMO bristleworms are good and are good detrius eaters.

5th. People will probably tell you that the 2 yellow tangs will not be good in the 75, 1 maybe fine. I dont have much experience with tangs though.

6th. The pink and yellow fish sounds exactly like a royal gramma.

I BELIVE 65 WATTS PER LIGHT AND I HAVE 4 AS FAR AS THE MANDARIN I HAVE HAD HIM FOR 6 MONTHS OR BETTER. HAD NO IDEA I WAS STARVING HIM BUT HE IS REALLY SKINNY NOW. THE PET STORE TOLD ME HE WOULD EAT MYSIS HMMMM THEN AFTER HE STARTED LOOKING BAD I LOOKED IT UP AND I READ ABOUT HIM AND EVERY THING SAID THEY EAT PODES NOW HERE I AM.

Soooo one more thing what should I be feeding all of these little guys and how often and how much if this is not to much to ask???? I have so many questions I do believe our local pet store will just tell you anything....

I would get a skimmer, How large are the Yellow Tangs now? If they are fairly small I would say you are ok for now but remember you will most likely have to upgrade to house two full grown Yellow Tangs. I would say they max out around 6-7 inches in the aquarium maybe 8 inches. Two fish of that size will need a larger aquarium. Get the Mandarin out. Try to sell him or give him away to someone that has a nice established tank with plenty of pods for the little guy. With that lighting you can keep soft corals and LPS but I wouldn't advise you to keep SPS or Clams for that matter they really need Metal Halide lighting or T-5 lighting.
