Talking Getting a little CrAzY

So I listened to everyone that told me to take out my Bio balls. (all glass wet dry model 4) I was thinking now that i have an empty chamber now lets make use out of it...so i was thinking what i could do with this empty chamber. I came to a conclusion that i want to grow macro algae in it. i think it is possible i just have to get creative. i know i have to raise the water level in that chamber so that the macro algae would be submerged in the water but also i have to keep in mind that the water has to move quickly enough or it will over flow all over the floor. Then i was going to put a light on the side of the chamber (6700 k)

Has anyone tried this? any input?
