Reef Hauntings.....

I think my reef is haunting me..... I woke up this morning cold and shaking and very scared. .. I dreamt that a giant Phosban Reactor tried to kill me as i tried to change the media and my entire tank looked on and laughed,... even my liverock started to smile...the very same liverock i took weeks to cure and patiently bleached every day. Im scared to look at my tank again..., i feel betrayed..
Is this normal....has anyone else had any similar experiences??

I had dream that my tank took the shape of an hour glass and at in the bottom chamber there was a giant white tarantula in the water waiting to kill me.

Not sure what brought this dream about but I have had similar tank dreams. So yeah I would say it is normal, at lot of thought goes into reef tanks so there is a good chance it can get into your dreams.

You beat me to it. I was going to say something along the lines of:

I had a dream I went to pay rent and looked in my wallet and my checking account and there was no money. Wait, no, that was before I went to bed last night

*giggle*

When I worked in an LFS, after my first, big flood (*well, at least, the first big flood caused directly by me), I used to have dreams about things going horrifically wrong at work. Not just wrong, but horrifically wrong. Say, I used to have the reoccuring nightmare that the fishroom was on fire, leaving me with just seconds to decide what to rescue, grab, and get outside. The worst part about the dream was that, no matter what I grabbed, when my manager arrived on scene, it was always the wrong thing.

Although, a more chilling thought than just a reef tank, enough to make any reef or aquatic hobbyist's blood turn to ice in their veins is just two, simple words....

TANK SITTER

*gasp*

I always have good dreams about my tank..

Last night I dreamed about my tank getting this cool new aquascape.

I've also dreamed about being on a beach and the shoreline was covered in zoanthid frags, and stuff like that. It was awesome...

One time I had a dream that I ate a giant marshmellow, and when I woke up my pillow was gone. . .
