what is the best place to get live rock at a low cost.

definately go with locals check craiglist or even your local forum.....i totally scored last nite 2$/lb for some nice fiji....

Local reefers. I got close to 150lbs of live fiji and tonga rock with colorful algae for 200 bucks. Great deal.
