Need Lighting Help Fast!

Ok, I am baffled as to what is wrong with this T5 Retro kit that Ive got...

I have a BRAND NEW 430 ballast from ICECAP... it works, ran it on another setup.. no probs.

BRAND NEW Wireing for the ballast. came with the ballast from ICECAP

T5 Endcaps and Standoffs from Sunlight Supply

Geismann Bulbs

Sunlight supply Reflectors..

I have MADE SURE the wiring is correct.. it is, I have done this a million times...

The bulbs are brand new.

EVERYTHING IS NEW!

When I plug it up, 2 of the 3 (36") bulbs light up for a second or two, and the last one only turns YELLOW at one end.. then they go off...

I have replaced all the bulbs with other NEW bulbs... same thing happens.
I have tried another ballasts... same thing happens..
I have double/triple/quad checked the endcaps and standoffs to make sure it is making a connection... it is.
I have REPLACED THE ENDCAPS with others....
still the same thing happens!

I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING BUT BROUGHT OUT THE MAGIC SPELL BOOK AFTER THIS RETRO KIT!!!!

I think its a wiring problem.. but it is wired correctly according to the diagram supplied by ICECAP...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me out you guys! I have to have this done by monday night!
