id please

my camera is not good enough to take this pic but it is small, about the size of a pencil eraser and looks like a volcano made into the live rock and about 5 white tenticles about 4inces long coming out kinda like its looking for food, i seen it with a flashlight this morning. thanks

If they are coming out and in, out and in it is probably a barnacle or some sort. Maybe a tubeworm or mini feather duster of some kind. Pics would be ideal, the possibilities are quite numerous.

Could be a barnacle as they extend tentacles to find food it could alson be a feather duster
