Unhappy Help! Light fell into tank!!

Yep, daughter was playing and hit the light which I had balanced on the tank until I could get it mounted into the hood. Knocking it into the tank. Wife calls me at work and says it is smoking and not lit. What a way to start the day! Went home and sure enough, light still has water in the housing! Anyways, dried it out the best I could and pluggd it in. Sounded like electric sparks inside but would not light up. Any ideas as to what I should do? I just got this light so I would like to fix it if at all possible. It is a Current PC with moonlight and fans. Moonlight and fans work, pcs don't right now. Please help. Do I need to change the ballasts or just let it fully dry out and it should be ok?

well most likely plugging it in broke it.

alot of times you can dry it for about a week and it will still work.

but in this case.. replace the ballast.

you got pm
