Question Is there a way to test light spectrum of bulbs?

I have been having a problem with unwanted algea in my 125 mix reef display tank. I run a 65 gallon refugium, skimmer, and canister filter with carbon. My lights are 2 36" coralife pc's. The bulbs are 1-96 watt artinic and 1-96 watt 10,000. I replaced my bulbs 3 months ago. The algea problem started about a month before i replaced the bulbs. I have also Tried to remove all forms of nutians that go into the tank. Nothing seem to be working. The algea did start to lessen after i replaced the bulbs but is now appearing to make a come back. I am woundering if bulb can go bad that fast and if there ins something cheap that i can us to test the light spectum. My water parameters are good. I have had it tested by 2 different lfs to conferm my tests. I have narrowed it down and the last thing is my bulbs. any help is welcome. If i did it right here is a pic of the algea. It is not very good but it gives an idea. thanks.
