Tank Help
i just bought my tank bout a month ago and there are a lot of algae in my tank. is there a way to get rid of the algae? like when i go to the fish stores and i look at their tanks theres not much algae in their tanks compared to mines? also i got a hard pink coral i forgot the name of it but its losin its color does that mean its dying? cause the pink color is just peeling off of the coral?

is your coral a SPS if so and the coral is turning white then yes it may be dying... what kind of light do you have on your tank? and if you want to control your algea you could buy turbo snails how long has your tank been running?

Algae is caused by excessive nutrients, are you using RO/DI water?
Whats your tank readings (Nitrates, ph, calcium, phosphates, nitrates, alk?) |
