fuge skimmer

i feel like i am under skimming and wanted to add a skimmer i had lying around to my system, but i have no more room in my sump. my fuge has plenty of room but i dont want to put it in there if it will disrupt the fuge. i houses only chaeto and some lr, i also need to make sure there are enough pods being produced for my manderin, would the skimmer hurt my fuge?
i have a 75g tank, 29g sump, 50g fuge

If you have a 50 gallon fuge that is thriving, I seriously don't think you need another skimmer in there. As long as you harvest your macro regularly, you will be pulling out stuff from the tank better than a skimmer would.

What are you currently using as a skimmer?
