Randall's Pistol Shrimp or any other small variety (Randall's is best looking IMO).

S. nematodes are little guys. Little guys go with little shrimp.

Little guy with big shrimp = no more little guy.

Randall's should be fine.

I would imagine they will pair quickly in a 10g.

highfin redstripe goes with the candy cane pistol shrimp. Beware if you have an easy way out of the tank: both of mine sumpdived and I have not found them since.
