I use it. There are others who say it is a waste of money.

What/Why are you using it for?

I used it until I figured out that Rods Food is better and fresh food is better.

It's not an appropriate food for mushrooms or much of anything. Most species don't even "eat" anyway.

I use it to put nutrients back into the tank.. as im running very low nutrients.
All though, i guess i could save myself the $18 and turn off the skimmer ?
haha
I like it personally.

its mostly water with a little detritus added. i wouldn't use it
