I just do it when I'm feeding dry food (maybe 2x/week) since the dry soaks it up real nice.

Everyone seems to like it, but I would like to know if anyone has any info to substantiate its benefits.

It's a proven product that's recommended and used by many experts in the hobby and aquaculture business. The method of application works and vitamins it contains (B12 & C) are often lacking in most prepared and frozen foods. Those vitamins have shown to be very beneficial in improving and maintaining the health of fishes, especially Tangs.

That being said, I have an article, but its on a different forum. For what its worth too, I use it each feeding of any food.
