help me?
i seem to have like little sea lice creatures running through my sand im guessing this isnt good can some one tell me wat it is so i can treat this

those are your "pods"-- copepods and amphipods that hitchhike on live rocks then breed and multiply in your tank. They are a very effective cleanup crew and provide great food for your fish and corals. They are a sign of a healthy tank.
