Question iron???

should i supplement it ? ive heard it helps chaeto grow ...but my main consern is algae i dont want any extra..lol

It doesn't seem to be the limiting nutrient for most nuisance algae, in a reef tank and there doesn't seem to be any problems supplementing it. I can't say whether or not it will help you cheaeto.
