For a 60g SW aquarium what kind of flow would i need? How many gallons per hour?

Do you want a reef tank or a fish only tank? If reef, what type of corals?

20-40 times the tank volume per hour--for lps and softies but you still have to provide lower flow areas in the tanks for certain species like mushroom corals.
Turbulant flow like you get from a hydor korilia is better then the lamiar or straight flow you get from a maxi power head. I would suggest two korilina #2 at 600 gph--that way you can direct them to create different areas of flow
