Cleaner shrimp lost tail!

I think that my cleaner shrimp shed its tail skin. there is a shell of his tail with same red coloring on the sand, but he is fine and looks the same. Kinda like the same concept of a snake shedding skin i guess. Is this a bad thing?

It's molting, it will do this every couple of weeks. no need for alarm.
