Is this a good way to start?

I'm ready to get my 120 Gal tank going. Here are steps I'm going to take.
I want to make this process as efficent as possible without doing something stupid.
Please let me know if there is something wrong with my steps.

1. Put dry and live rock in tank.
2. Put 1" - 1.5" dry sand.
3. Fill tank with saltwater.
4. Turn on heaters, pump, and powerheads.
5. Cook rocks (without lights until phosphite level gone down).
6. Add chaeto to refug while cooking rocks.
7. ** Should I start a cycle now? **
8. Stock clean up crews (when I can put them in?).
9. Add skimmer & lights.
10. Stock my first fish when cycle is over.

That's my plan for setting up my 120 gal tank.

Q1. Is it ok for me to put live rock in while cooking dry rock?

Q2. Is phosphite the only reason I cook dry rocks? is this the only parameter I need to worry about?

Q3. Should I start a cycle while cooking dry rocks?

Q4. When can I stock clean up crews? What phosphite level? Any other signs?

Q5. Do I really need egg crate on the bottom if I use plastic rod to secure live rocks?

thanks
